How to use:
Inhalation: pour 1 drop into hot water and inhale 2 minutes (congestion/cold)
Diffuser: pour 2 to 3 drops into diffuser or oil burner and let it diffuse 30 min.
Bath: mix it with bath salt for immunity boost (winter time)
Oral: Mix 1 drop with teaspoon of artisan honey or olive oil and swallow it when first symptoms to happen (cough/flu)
