How to use:

• Inhalation: pour 1 drop into hot water and inhale 2 minutes (congestion/cold)

• Diffuser: pour 2 to 3 drops into diffuser or oil burner and let it diffuse 30 min.

• Bath: mix it with bath salt for immunity boost (winter time)
