How to use: 

• Inhalation: inhale directly onto bottle 1 min

• Diffusion: Pour 3 drops into diffuser and let it work 30 min (cleansing air)

• Massage: mix 2 drops into vegetal oil and massage your body

• Spray/apply unto chest 1 drop during winter season (immunity)
